Privacy & Lead Handling
We treat the information you submit through our quote and matching forms as the sensitive financial data that it is. Here's the plain-English version of how that works.

What we collect
- Form data you submit — name, contact details, ZIP, and the financial details required for a meaningful quote (loan amount, credit-score range, business type, etc.).
- Site analytics — anonymized page-view, device, and referral data used to improve the site.
- Consent record — a timestamped log that you saw and accepted the disclosures on the form you submitted.
What we do with it
When you submit a quote-match form, we share your details with a small set of vetted partners who can serve your request. Each form lists the partners that may receive your data and the purpose — for example, "we'll share with up to 5 mortgage lenders licensed in your state."
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data to data brokers.
- We do not enroll you in unrelated marketing or newsletters without consent.
- We do not share data with partners outside the list shown on the form you submitted.
- We do not run hard credit pulls. Where partners offer pre-qualification, it is via soft pull only — disclosed on the form.
Communication after submission
Partners you are matched with may contact you by phone, email, or text about the quote you requested. You consent to that contact when you submit the form. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts, unsubscribing from emails, or asking the partner directly to remove your information.
TCPA & consent
Lead forms include an explicit TCPA disclosure when applicable, and we do not consider a form submitted until you affirmatively consent. We retain consent records (timestamp, IP, form version, disclosures shown) for the period required by applicable rules.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing privacy@geekpenny.com. Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest. Access is limited to staff and partners with a legitimate need.
Children
GeekPenny is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
